Description

The Western Area Power Administration, Corporate Service Office intends to acquire on a Single Source basis the acquisition of the Enghouse Interactive (EI) Quality Management Suite (QMS) / CallRex system software upgrade services.

The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with RFO FAR Part 12. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement, which shall be considered by the Agency. Capability statements must be received within 10 calendar days after date of publication of this notice and shall include documentation on ability to satisfy the Government’s requirements.
