Print Bid Title: Kodiak Island Borough - Janitorial Services Invitation to Bid 2021 Category: Professional Services Status: Closed Description: The Kodiak Island Borough is accepting sealed bids for Janitorial Services for Borough Facilities as described in the Scope of Work (see posted attachments). There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference in the Kodiak Island Borough Main Office Building Assembly Chambers, 710 Mill Bay Road, Kodiak, Alaska on Monday April 19th, 2021 starting at 2:00 PM local time. All potential bidders are required to attend. A walk through of the facilities with potential bidders will be held immediately after the pre-bid conference. All potential bidders must be accompanied by Borough staff as the building access is currently restricted to the public. No other facility tours will be made available after this date. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Borough Finance Office by 2:00 PM (local time) May 3rd, 2021. Bids must be in a sealed envelope with “ Kodiak Island Borough Facilities - Janitorial Services” clearly indicated on the outside of the envelope. Postmarks will not be controlling. No faxed or oral bids will be accepted. IMPORTANT DATES Release Date: April 12 th, 2021 Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: April 19 th, 2021 at 2:00PM (local time) at the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly Chambers.
