Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, tools, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services required to repair existing auditorium space (room M201) to replace flooring, seating, tables, wall wainscoting, and divider of the auditorium in McAllister Hall.
The Contractor shall be required to (a) commence work under this contract within ten (10) calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed, (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than 31 August 2026.* The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of the premises. *On site period of performance from 1 April 2026 through 31 August 2026.
The estimated value of the procurement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
Performance and Payment bonds will be required.
Solicitation packages is available on 5 December2025. The date set for receipt of bids is scheduled for 06 January 2026 at 2:00 pm.
