Description

The California State Lottery (Lottery) is inviting responses from qualified fire life safety contractors (Contractor) to perform fire alarm monitoring, fire extinguisher services, fire system maintenance, repair and testing and routine on-call/emergency services. The Lottery's facilities are located in Sacramento, West Sacramento, Milpitas, and Richmond. The proposed contract term will be from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2029. The Lottery may unilaterally extend the term of the contract under the same terms and conditions, including pricing, for up to one (1) additional one-year term. Optional walkthroughs are scheduled for March 10 for Milpitas and Richmond. Mandatory walkthroughs are scheduled for West Sacramento and Sacramento for March 16.
