The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the sale and recurring removal of Government-generated DEMIL A Mixed Metals Scrap located at the United States Mint, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
This solicitation establishes a term contract under which the successful bidder will remove scrap material on a recurring, as-needed basis, in coordination with the Agency Government Representative (AGR), and in accordance with all site-specific access, security, and operational requirements.
