The U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt invites you to submit an offer for a firm fixed price for:
140 EA. - 3’0” x 9’0” (ca. 90 cm x 275 cm)
830 EA. - 3’0” x 6’0” (ca. 90 cm x 180 cm)

The price quoted in the offer must include the delivery and local sales tax as follows:
DDP – Delivered Duty Paid: The seller is responsible for entire shipment, including customs clearance and fees [if delivered outside of Germany] and delivering the goods to the buyer’s premises.
Offers within Germany must contain a VAT of 19%. Offers from outside of Germany but within the EU must contain the local country’s VAT.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to a responsible company submitting an acceptable offer with the best overall value. We intend to award a contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
