Description
The Government is seeking a lease for hangar space in or near Alpine, Texas area. The lease may commence as early as is feasible. The lease will have a term of 8 months with thirty (30) day termination rights. Hangar space is a minimum of 14,000 square feet with a door height of at least 21 feet to store and maintain 3 UH60 Blackhawk helicopters. Office space is desired up to 400 square feet if available. The office must have air conditioning. The hangar and office require 24 hours, 7 days a week access. All access should be keyed. There should be parking spaces available for up to 25 civilian vehicles. Outdoor parking should be available for a fuel truck and included in the lease. Utilities should be included in the proposal price.
