The scope of work includes removal and replacement of selected floor finishes in Ouzinkie, Karluk and Akhiok schools including abatement of asbestos containing materials. Work will include preparation of existing substrates and replacement of wood underlayment as indicated. There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid conference January 25, 2017 at 3:00 pm (local time) at the KIB projects office 720 Egan Way, Kodiak, Alaska. Potential bidders are encouraged to attend this conference. All interested parties are required to register in order to receive notification regarding amendments and addenda.
