The WA Office of the Secretary of State is initiating this RFQQ to solicit proposals from experienced vendors to provide a comprehensive text messaging system to fulfill statutory voter notification requirements and expand OSOS’s communication capabilities through secure and user-friendly text services integrated with VoteWA. The successful contractor will also provide technical support, system monitoring, and ensure compliance with election security and privacy standards.
