Amendenment 0001: Questions and Answers
Amendment 0002: names and addresses, and the number of rooms reserve in each hotel, and description of the room to Ms. Ebony Johnson, Ebony.johnson.3@us.af.mil and Mrs. Maria Del Mar Rodriguez Martinez, maria_del_mar.rodriguez_martinez@us.af.mil. 2. Correct Technical Acceptability of Clause 52.212-2 as follow *Technical Acceptability is achieved when offeror provides proof, in the form of a technical narrative, that the offeror meets the minimum standards of the requirement identified in the Attachment 1 - Salient characteristic. Each offeror's technical narrative (no more than 5 pages) will receive a rating (acceptable/unacceptable) with a breakdown of the hotel names and addresses, and the number of rooms reserve in each hotel and description of the room. The Government will then evaluate the first three (3) lowest prices offers for technical acceptability and assign a technical rating of acceptable or unacceptable. If all three (3) offers are technically acceptable, no further offers will be evaluated. However, if any of the first three (3) are found to be technically unacceptable, the Government will continue to evaluate offers until there are three (3) technically acceptable offers. (End of provision) 3. Remove duplicated Clause 52.212-2. Note: Offerors are reminded to acknowledge receipt of this Amendment 0002 by signing a copy and including it with your quote. ***All Other Terms and Conditions Remain Unchanged***
