Description
The purpose of this fixed price contract is to obtain food services program for U.S. Government at Libreville for Marine Security Guards at the Marine Security Guard Residence (MSGR). The Contractor shall perform services in designated spaces.
The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with three one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.
The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference at the site, The pre-proposal conference will be held on Thursday January 15, 2026, at 10:00 (local time) at the US Embassy Libreville. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact Judith Abourou (AbourouJH@state.gov – Tel: +241 (0) 11 45 72 76 by Monday January 12, 2026 at 13:00 local time for additional information or to arrange entry to the building. For further details please review the solicitation documents.
Quotations are due on Friday February 6, 2026, at 13:00 local time. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
Your quotation must be submitted electronically to LibreContracting@state.gov. It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word 2007/2010 or MS-Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 35MB. If the file size should exceed 35MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 35MB each.
