The work will consist of providing all labor, equipment and material for the restoration of wall and floor tile and grout surfaces in four bathrooms equaling 890 square feet at USCG Station Portsmouth and USCG Sector Virginia Logistics Building. Restore the appearance of tile and grout surfaces, remove stains, dirt, and contaminants, repair any damaged grout or tiles and apply a high-quality sealant to protect surfaces and extend longevity.
The project also entails a complete renovation of the men's bathroom shower area at the USCG Sector Virginia Logistics Building. This work includes providing all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to divide the existing single shower into two separate shower stalls. Furthermore, the scope of work includes the construction of a dedicated changing area immediately preceding the shower entrances, providing users with a private space for preparation.

A site visit is required to conduct field verifications of sites and constructions needs. Interested parties shall make arrangements for a site visit with the QAE as stated in the attached Statement of Work.
