The Fayetteville Veteran Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) located at 2300 Ramsey Street Fayetteville, NC 28301 has a requirement for a contractor to provide CONCRETE SIDEWALK REPAIR SERVICES. The Contractor shall provide all materials necessary to fulfill the services for the Fayetteville VA Medical Center. This is a Pre-solicitation only. Interested contractors should watch for the issuance of the solicitation which will have specific instructions and requirements associated with this procurement. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on or about March 16th, 2026. In accordance with Public Law, P.L. 109-461, this is a 100% SDVOSB set-aside. The NAICS Code for this procurement 238990 - Sidewalk construction, residential and commercial, size standard of $19.0 million.
