Background:
The 409th CSB, Theater Contracting Center is publishing this sources sought for a Master Musician Coordinator. Please see attched Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall provide Master Musician Coordination services to the USAG Rheinland-Pfalz Religious Support Office (RSO), serving both the Baumholder Military Community (BMC) and the Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC). This is a non-personal services contract between the USAG Rheinland-Pfalz RSO and the Contractor to perform tasks and provide deliverables identified in the PWS. The Contractor shall provide musicians to play appropriate preludes, interludes, offertories and postludes as well as accompany congregational singing in support of worship services and other special events. The Contractor shall also provide musicians to rehearse, in advance of the service, planned selections with choirs, soloists, groups or ensembles that require accompaniment and will be performing at chapel services or special events.
If vendors choose to submit a capability statement or brochure the Government may use that information as part of their market research.
