Description

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Barbados will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available.

The Embassy of the United States in Barbados requires maintenance on Fuel Management System.  The anticipated performance period is for base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.

The Government may award the contract based on the initial offers without discussion.  The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.

Notwithstanding FAR 4.203-1(b)(5)(ii), the Contracting Officer has determined that it is in the best interest of the U.S. Government that offerors be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov and have an active SAM account at the time of submitting a proposal. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission shall deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsive to the solicitation instructions and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, qualified offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this contracting opportunity.

How do I use the Market Snapshot?

It summarizes awarded-contract behavior for the opportunity’s NAICS and sector, including a recent pricing band (P10–P90), momentum, and composition. Use it as context, not a guarantee.

The signal updates as new awarded notices enter the system. Always validate the official award and solicitation details on SAM.gov.

What do P10 and P90 mean?

P10 is the 10th percentile award size and P90 is the 90th percentile. Together they describe the typical spread of award values.
