Description
THE WORK CONSISTS OF:
Provide all labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to perform U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) boundary maintenance at Buffumville Lake and Hodges Village Dam project offices. This includes locating, marking, and clearing brush along approximately 4.0 miles of boundary at Buffumville Lake and 5.5 miles of boundary at Hodges Village Dam.
Provide a written report at the conclusion of the boundary maintenance noting missing monuments, monuments not located, damaged monuments, encroachments, trespasses, and any other noteworthy observations, etc. containing photographic evidence to be submitted upon completion of the contract.
- A photo album of every monument located will be included with the final report.
- The Contractor’s work and responsibility shall include, but not be limited to, all job planning, programming, scheduling, administration, inspection, personnel, equipment, vehicles, fuel, materials, supplies, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform the services required in the following Performance Work Statement. Work shall be performed in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC),or their representative.
