Description

The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) is requesting information from interested parties on solid waste removal services contract. It is anticipated that this acquisition will be made under NAICS 562111, Solid Waste Collection with a small business size standard of $47 Million. It is anticipated that this will be firm fixed price, stand-alone contract with one base period for service, and 4 option years.

This sources sought is to access the interest and capabilities of potential vendors, and determining potential set asides. Potential set asides include, but are not limited to: Woman-Owned, HUBZone, Small Disadvantaged, Economically-Disadvantaged, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned, and Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises.

To be award a contract an interested party must be registered in SAM.gov before submitting an official proposal.

Reclamation is requesting that vendors who are interested respond to this request for information with the following items:

1.Provide the vendor company information, contact information, SAM.gov Unique Entity Identifier Number (UEI), Capabilities statements, and any experience in performing these services that is relevant to this source sought, and any set-asides the vendor is eligible for and certified for in SAM.gov.
a. If you are not yet registered in SAM in order to provide a UEI, please provide a statement that you are interested in this effort and intent to register with SAM.gov if a solicitation is posted.
2.Provide affirmative response that the vendor will be able to provide the required service in the geographical area in Wyoming as outlined in the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).
3.Any questions that would need to be answered in the solicitation, in order for the vendor to provide a complete proposal.
4.Provide any comments, suggestions, or feedback which could improve the draft PWS.).
