Description
Improve Water System Legionella, Project No. 538-18-101
This project will perform all demolition and construction to provide domestic water system improvements located within the Chillicothe VA Medical Center.
Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary for the Improve Water System Legionella Project at the Chillicothe VA Medical Center (VAMC), 17273 OH-104, Chillicothe, OH 45601.
The project magnitude for the project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.

An organized site visit will be conducted in accordance with FAR 52.236-27 – see solicitation attachment titled “SITE VISIT INFORMATION"

This project is a 100% set-aside for a Small Business (SB). All bidders must be verified SBA’s Dynamic Small Business Search and registered in SAM at the time of the offer due date and the time of award to be eligible for award. For eligibility under the NAICS, see VAAR 852.219.10 paragraph for performance requirements.
Public Law 105-339, Section 1534 provides "no agency may obligate or expend funds appropriated for the agency for a fiscal year to enter a contract described in Section 4212(a) of Title 38 with a contractor from which a report was required under Section 4212(d) of that title with respect to the preceding fiscal year, if such contractor did not submit such report."
