The purpose of this amendment is to:
1. Incorporate the questions and answers, updated PWS, and updated pricing sheet.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the Format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-06 dated October 1, 2025. This requirement is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set Aside using FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The NAICS Code is 812332 – Industrial Launderers. The solicitation number is 6923G526Q0019.
**NOTE: Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and have an active registration at the time of this solicitation closing.
SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES: See Attachment B –Pricing Sheet.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: GLS has a requirement for a contractor to provide industrial uniforms to an estimated 80 GLS employees. The contractor will be required to furnish, launder, repair, and replace industrial uniform services on a weekly basis in Massena, NY.
CONTRACT TYPE: This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) that will result in the award of a firm fixed price contract under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, subject to the availability of funds.
CONTRACT PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The period of performance will consist of a 12-month base year and three (3) twelve-month option years.
PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: GLS Maintenance Base, Eisenhower Lock, and Snell Lock all located in Massena, NY 13662.
