Description
The Chief, Force Protection Operations (FPO) Division has oversight of the administration of the Antiterrorism and Physical Security programs; policies; equipment and systems to protect installations, standalone facilities, personnel, and critical resources; training; program reviews and inspections; strategies; force protection threat information sharing; antiterrorism and physical security requirements development, communications and outreach efforts, eGuardian program management; and training seminar planning support. The objective of this effort is to support the FPO Division with required professional subject matter expertise and support. In particular, the Contractor shall conduct research on systems and programs to support Protection efforts at all Army locations; execute program reviews and assessment inspections; produce products based on data collection and analysis, participate in working groups and committees; produce a broad range of technical, policy, doctrinal, programmatic plans, and strategy products in accordance with (IAW) deliverables as outlined in the Specific Tasks in Part 5. Also, this effort will assist the FPO Division by developing all requirements to support the Army’s Annual Protection Training Seminar to include agenda development, technical presentations, and subsequent ancillary operational requirements.
The Contractor shall provide daily program and administrative support in the development of the OPMG and FPO Division requirements, program reviews and compliance initiatives, task actions, planning meetings, research and development of systems and tools, policy and doctrinal input, training support and development of appropriate training materials, program oversight, development of awareness and outreach products, and provide subject matter expertise for the development of all deliverables
