Amendment 2:
This amendment removes the requirement to buff, strip, and wax.
Statement of Work page 9, item 3 now reads "Sweep and wet mop all laboratories/work areas, and all other linoleum-covered surfaces.
The sentence "This includes dry buffing, spray buffing, stripping, and waxing." is removed from the the Floor Maintenance section on page 13 of the Statement of Work.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 651720 The small business size standard is $22.0 million This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.

Statement of Requirement
The USDA, ARS Thad Cochran Southern Horticulture Research Center 810 Hwy 26 West Poplarville, MS 39470. The Contractor in accordance with the requirements of these specifications shall perform the services identified in the Matrix of Services. Such services include providing all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and other items or services necessary for the performance of the work unless otherwise stated herein. The Government has not made and will not make any efforts at determining square footage. It is the responsibility of all prospective bidders to visit the site and make appropriate determinations of size of areas and services required within each area.
This solicitation has a mandatory site visit on 18 February 2026 at 10:00 am local time (CDT). Please coordinate with the location POC no later than 16 February 2026 to make arrangements to review the site.
