Notice is hereby given that the City of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma is accepting RFPs for Solid Waste & Recycling Business Management Software. ALL PROPOSALS MUST BE EMAILED BY THE APRIL 3, 2026, AT 3:30 P.M. (CST). ANY PROPOSAL NOT RECEIVED BY EMAIL ON OR BEFORE THE STATED TIME WILL BE REJECTED. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. Email your RFP to Kimber Pittman at kpittman@brokenarrowok.gov A DIGITAL COPY OF THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL IS REQUIRED The acceptance and award of this Bid will be considered by the Broken Arrow City Council. The City of Broken Arrow reserves the right to reject any or all Bids. Project will be awarded to the responsible Bidder with the lowest base bid or lowest combined base and additive alternate bids, if any, which is most advantageous to City of Broken Arrow.
