Questions should be submitted no later than (NLT) 10 calendar days prior to the synopsis closing date PDT to allow time for the Government’s response. On this date and time, the portal will close. To submit inquiries, firms will need to be current registered users of the ProjNet system. To register, go to the link above, click the BID tab, select BIDDER INQUIRY, select USACE, enter the Bidder Inquiry Key for this synopsis as listed below, and your e-mail address, and then click login.
