Description

In accordance with FAR part 5, for acquisitions covered by the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement or a Free Trade Agreement, the period of time between publication of the synopsis notice and receipt of offers must be no less than 40 days. However, if the acquisition falls within a general category identified in an annual forecast, the availability of which is published, the contracting officer may reduce this time period to as few as 10 days.

IMCOM (through 409th Contracting Brigade) is publicizing its annual forecast with the general type and quantity that it anticipates procuring during fiscal year 2026.  The forecast represents estimated quantities.

FY2026

  • 1 x Street Sweeper
  • 1 x Tractor
  • 1 x Excavator
  • 1 x Trailer Low Bed
  • 1 x Dump Truck

The above quantities are estimates only and potential offerors seeking to do business with IMCOM should refer to the individual soliciations for precise quantities.

FAQ

How do I use the Market Snapshot?

It summarizes awarded-contract behavior for the opportunity’s NAICS and sector, including a recent pricing band (P10–P90), momentum, and composition. Use it as context, not a guarantee.

Is the data live?

The signal updates as new awarded notices enter the system. Always validate the official award and solicitation details on SAM.gov.

What do P10 and P90 mean?

P10 is the 10th percentile award size and P90 is the 90th percentile. Together they describe the typical spread of award values.
