INTRODUCTION:
Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) - Integrated Logistics Support Center (ILSC), Enterprise Soldier Aviation (ESA) Directorate, is seeking potential sources to provide field technical assistance, system maintenance, repair of spares, acquisition of spares and lifecycle support and engineering for the AN/TPN-31, Air Traffic Navigation and Coordination System (ATNAVICS) and the AN/FPN-67, Fixed Base Precision Approach Radar (FBPAR).
OBJECTIVE:
The purpose of this announcement is to identify potential sources that have the capability to provide field technical assistance, system maintenance, to include cannibalization, repair of spares acquisition of spares and lifecycle support and engineering for the AN/TPN-31, Air Traffic Navigation Integration and Coordination System (ATNAVICS) and the AN/FPN-67, Fixed Base Precision Approach Radar (FBPAR). Raytheon Electronic Systems is the original developer and integrator of the ATNAVICS and FBPAR systems. The Government does not possess specifications or detailed drawings for the referenced systems. Changes to the current software may be necessary during system maintenance and repair in order to achieve required performance of the systems/spares. The software is the property of Raytheon and is not available for competitive procurement.
INSTRUCTIONS TO POTENTIONAL RESPONDENTS:
Each potential vendor shall provide a response to this market survey, addressing their ability to provide the services specified above. The response shall provide sufficient information, data or documentation which clearly demonstrates the capability to meet the stated objectives, to include whether a vendor has previously repaired the item identified above or has the capability to repair the item identified above. The response may include any technical/descriptive text, functional block diagrams, or illustrations to provide sufficient detail.
Interested companies must provide information/data/documentation which clearly states that they have previously supplied services for the field technical assistance, system maintenance, repair of spares, acquisition of spares and lifecycle support and engineering for the AN/TPN-31, Air Traffic Navigation Integration and Coordination System (ATNAVICS) and the AN/FPN-67, Fixed Base Precision Approach Radar (FBPAR) as described above on a prior United States Government contract.

The response shall not exceed 10 pages in length (to include any cover page). Acceptable file formats for the response include Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat. All requests for information must be emailed to the above address. This market survey is not to be construed as a guarantee that the Government will issue a future solicitation for the services cited herein. The submitted documentation becomes the property of the United States Government and will not be returned.
