Description
Amendment 0002 has been released to extend proposal due date to February 17, 2026 at 5:00pm Eastern time and to provide questions and answers.
Amendment 0001 has been released to extend proposal due date to February 6, 2026 at 5:00pm Eastern time and to update Wage Rate Determinations. This document was initially released as 697DCK-26-R-00062 P001; this has been corrected to 697DCK-26-R-00062 Amendment 001.
A site visit for the subject project has been scheduled for Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at 12:00pm local time. Due to
security requirements, all attendees must have a valid photo ID (i.e. State driver's license) to gain access to the site.
All contractors must submit a list of attendance at least 24 hours in advance to joshua.j.espinosa@faa.gov. Your list
must note which employees (name as appears on photo ID and company) will attend. Any attendee not on the
official list will be denied access to the facility. Any and all RFIs resulting from the Contract documents and site visit
must be submitted to me in writing no less than 5 calendar days after the conclusion of the site visit. Answers will be
provided to all offerors via amendment to the solicitation.
The Federal Aviation Administration, Enroute Construction Branch, has construction efforts located at the Minneapolis Air Route Traffic Control Center (ZMP) to:
- Replace Corroded Heating Boilers Exhuast Stack
- Replace Chilled Water Valves
- Replace Humidifiers AHU-12 and AHU-13
- Replace 10 Gas Unit Heaters
The project is full and open for all capable firms.
The Reqest for Offer (RFO), including each project's Specifications, Drawings, and Wage Rates are attached to this announcement.
The price range for this requirement is between $400,000-$500,000.
NOTE TO OFFERORS: All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments.
