All work to be done under one Contractor as described in the Scope of Work: This work includes the removal of existing stairs and decking and replace with and installation new scale shack platform as specified. An alternate is included in this ITB. All work must be substantially complete not later than May 15, 2026, and final completion achieved not later than May 30, 2026. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00am local time on October 21, 2025, at the Kodiak Island Borough Conference Room 121, 710 Mill Bay Road, Kodiak, AK, 99615.
