Description
The Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs (WDVA), Wisconsin Veterans Home at King (WVH-K), requests Bids for the purchase of Physician Services at the Wisconsin Veterans’ Home at Union Grove (WVH-UG). Contract Services will include on-site professional medical services to the Members at WVH-UG through a Physician Services Provider. The WDVA and intends to use the results of this process to award one (1) Contract.
The WVH-UG has a total of 158 skilled nursing beds (seventy five (75) beds currently filled). Physician visits have averaged ninety-two (92) visits a month in the past year.
Bidder shall be a Physician Services Provider and shall have been so for the past five (5) years.
