Description
The University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point is requesting bids for the purchase of building repair and maintenance services to address structural and roofing issues in Stairwell S-303 of the CAC Building. Information for this solicitation can be found and responses MUST be entered online at: https://bids.sciquest.com/apps/Router/PublicEvent?CustomerOrg=UWisconsin . Bidder must attend one job site visit prior to submitting a bid to assure themselves and the University that they fully understand all requirements of the project. The mandatory site visit will be held on March 3rd, 2026, at 9 A.M. CST. The location for the visit site is the Communication Arts Center:1101 Reserve St, Stevens Point, WI 54481. The Certificate of Site Visitation form must be completed by the Bidder, signed by a university representative(s) and uploaded here in order to submit a bid for this procurement. The public bid opening will be held virtually on 9:00 am CT 03/25/26. During the session, only the names and prices of the bidders will be announced. Please note that the reading of names does not constitute an award decision.
