The University of Wisconsin Stevens Point is requesting bids for the purchase of r efinishing and epoxy coating of the ceramic tile floors and walls of the bathrooms located at Baldwin Hall, Neale Hall, Knutzen Hall, Burroughs Hall, Watson Hall, and Thomson Hall. Information for this solicitation can be found and responses MUST be entered online at: https://bids.sciquest.com/apps/Router/PublicEvent?CustomerOrg=UWisconsin . Bidder must attend one job site visit prior to submitting a bid to assure themselves and the University that they fully understand all requirements of the project. The mandatory site visit will be held on January 12th, 2026, at 10 A.M. CST. The locations for the visit site are at Baldwin Hall: 425 Isadore St., Stevens Point, WI 54481, Neale Hall: 433 Isadore St., Stevens Point, WI 54481, Knutzen Hall: 209 Isadore St, Stevens Point, WI 54481, Burroughs Hall: 201 Isadore St, Stevens Point, WI 54481, Watson Hall: 1801 Maria Dr, Stevens Point, WI 54481, Thomson Hall: 1817 Maria Dr, Stevens Point, WI 54481.
