REQUEST FOR BIDS Ozaukee County requests sealed bids from qualified firms for the construction of a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) at the County-Owned Lasata Senior Living Campus in Cedarburg, WI. Project Name: Lasata Senior Living Campus – New CBRF Cedarburg, Ozaukee County, WI Job Address: W76N677 Wauwatosa Rd, Cedarburg, WI, 53012 RFB Number: #LAS2025-01 Bids must be submitted to the Ozaukee County County Administrator’s Office, 121 W Main Street, Port Washington, WI, no later than 2:00pm CST on Tuesday, December 9, 2025. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Lasata Senior Living Campus – New CBRF”. No faxed or emailed bids will be accepted and there is not an option to submit bids online. Contract packages include the following: 05 ROOFING / SIDING – SIDING AWARDED 06 STEEL STUDS & DRYWALL ASSEMBLIES / INSULATION 10 FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS 15 FOOD AND SERVICE EQUIPMENT Bids shall be prepared in accordance with contract documents and associated plans prepared by the architect, Dimension Madison Design Group dated 05/09/2025.
