Description
The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR), requests Bids for the purchase of prairie forb and grass seed and intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract.
Orders will be placed with various vendors as needed to fill the estimated quantities needed.
The quantities shown in this bid are based on estimated needs. The State reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities to meet actual needs. Quantities based on pounds of Pure Live Seed (PLS). Please note if less than the requested quantities are available. Certified Genotype Seed: The Department has a Part A for local wild or common Non-Genotype certified seed and a Part B for Genotype Certified Seed. If the Department needs certified seed, we will purchase it from Part B of the Contract and if we do not we will order the seed from Part A of the contract.
Bidders are expected to raise any questions, exceptions, or additions they have concerning the RFB document by March 3, 2025.
