Description

The Department of Natural Resources is requesting bids for routine repair of facilities operated by the agency statewide. The trades being put out for bid are Asphalt Repair and Painting, Carpentry, Diesel Engine Maintenance, Earth Moving and Hauling, Electrical, Fencing, Gas Engine Maintenance, HVAC, Interior and Exterior Painting, Landscaping, Masonry/Concrete, Overhead Door Service and Repair, Plumbing, Roofing, Tree Trimming. Currently the agency does not have certified and trained staff for these trades. These contracts will establish predetermined hourly labor rates and material markup fees.
