Description

The Lake Country School District seeks a construction partner to complete a capital improvement projects as part of a district- wide infrastructure improvements effort. These investments are associated with the April 2024 capital referendum. The District intends to partner with a single prime contractor who would be responsible for all associated scope, trades, and subcontractors related to the project. The vendor would be responsible for all local approvals and project-related permitting. Project construction and possible phasing to be coordinated closely with the district in alignment with the school schedule, and campus activities. Interested contractors to submit an itemized cost proposal for projects described, and include preliminary timeline for construction. Proposals should be inclusive of all fees, materials, labor, services, rentals, etc. to complete the work as outlined. The district has provided a project narrative which outlines project scope to the best of the district’s current direction. Vendor is required to submit for any additional information, or clarifications, needed; and should provide a detailed proposal outlining all assumptions. Submitted costs proposals expected to become the basis for budget establishment with the selected partner supporting the district in refining the design scope and establishing a final contract value. Please see the attached RFP pdf for all bid requirements and scope narrative.

FAQ

How do I use the Market Snapshot?

It summarizes awarded-contract behavior for the opportunity’s NAICS and sector, including a recent pricing band (P10–P90), momentum, and composition. Use it as context, not a guarantee.

Is the data live?

The signal updates as new awarded notices enter the system. Always validate the official award and solicitation details on SAM.gov.

What do P10 and P90 mean?

P10 is the 10th percentile award size and P90 is the 90th percentile. Together they describe the typical spread of award values.
