The vendor would be responsible for all local approvals and project-related permitting. Project construction and possible phasing to be coordinated closely with the district in alignment with the school schedule, and campus activities. Interested contractors to submit an itemized cost proposal for projects described, and include preliminary timeline for construction. Proposals should be inclusive of all fees, materials, labor, services, rentals, etc. to complete the work as outlined. The district has provided a project narrative which outlines project scope to the best of the district’s current direction. Vendor is required to submit for any additional information, or clarifications, needed; and should provide a detailed proposal outlining all assumptions. Submitted costs proposals expected to become the basis for budget establishment with the selected partner supporting the district in refining the design scope and establishing a final contract value.
