COUNTY OF KENOSHA REQUEST FOR BID Ceremonial Courtroom Restoration Sealed bids will be received by Camosy Construction Company until 4/24/2025 at 2:00 PM, CT at their office located at 12795 120 th Ave, Kenosha, WI 53142. Late bids will not be considered. The proposed project includes the restoration of the Ceremonial Courtroom at the Kenosha County Courthouse, 912 56th St, Kenosha, WI 53140. Bid packets include the following trades: BP 5.00 Structural Steel BP 6.01 General Trades BP 6.10 Historic Wood Repairs BP 7.00 Restoration of Historic Finishes BP 7.75 Plaster Restoration BP 8.00 Historic Lay Lights BP 9.60 Floor Coverings BP 9.90 Painting and Wall Coverings BP 15.40 Plumbing BP 15.80 HVAC BP 16.00 Electrical A vendor conference pre-bid meeting will be held at 11:00 AM on 4/10/2025 at the project site. A bid addendum will be issued if the meeting is changed or cancelled. This pre-bid meeting is mandatory for contractors submitting bids on bid packages 6.10, 7.00, 7.75, and 8.00. Complete bid packages including electronic files of the plans and specifications may be obtained at no cost from the Construction Manager, Camosy Construction, 12795 120 th Ave, Kenosha, WI 53142; Phone number (262) 552-9440 and/or email Candy Crawford at candycrawford@camosy.com . The costs associated with printing hard copies of the electronic files are the responsibility of the bidding contractor. All bids submitted shall remain firm for a period of sixty (60) days after the official opening of the bids. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to select the vendor considered by the County to be most advantageous. Kenosha County reserves the right to request additional information, the right to clarify responses, the right to award a contract for only some but not all of the articles or items in the solicitation, and the right to waive minor irregularities. The County of Kenosha does not warrant or guarantee that a contract will be awarded as a result of this Request for Bid.
