Description
The County of Kenosha Wisconsin (County), through its Purchasing Division (Purchasing), requests bids
to establish a contract for the remodel of the Public Safety Building Washroom.
The project consists of the following: The remodeling of a 90 square foot Men’s Restroom and a 98
square foot Women’s Restroom. The project area is located in the PD Area of the PSB building located at
1000 55th Street Kenosha, WI 53140. Both restrooms will be a complete remodel. The remodeling of
both areas consists of existing finish, fixture, bathroom accessory, partition, and ceiling demolition. New
construction includes, but is not limited to finishes, partitions, doors, plumbing fixtures, miscellaneous
mechanical work, lighting, acoustical ceiling, and paint. The project is to also include a project alternate
to remodel the men’s locker room restroom in the joint service locker room consisting of a complete
remodel.
