Description
The County of Kenosha Wisconsin (County), through its Purchasing Division (Purchasing), requests bids to establish a contract for the replacement of air handler units at the Public Safety Building, 1000 55th Street, Kenosha, WI 53140. Work of the Project includes the following: Selective demolition and disposal. Remove existing dual duct air handling unit, return fan, condensing unit, dual duct VAV boxes, associated controls and piping. Install new air handling unit, condensing unit rooftop equipment and VAV boxes with new equipment. Make all required piping, ductwork and electrical connections to the new equipment. Provide new controls for all equipment replaced as part of this project. Make architectural and structural changes as required to replace existing equipment. Integrate existing fire alarm devices into new equipment where equipment replacement occurs.
