Description

Qualified contractors are being sought through this solicitation process to provide the service under contract. 1. The contract will run 5 years, 2026-2030. The first year and 4 additional option years. 2. The requested service is a curb-to-curb, demand response shared-ride taxi service which is made available to the general public. 3. The service operates 7 days a week with 6 observed holidays where the service is closed. 4. The system is subsidized with state and federal transit operating funds. 5. The service provides ADA accessible rides, with the provider being responsible for assisting the disabled passenger into and out of the accessible taxi vehicle, and to the first available doorway when requested. 6. Vehicles will be provided by the City of West Bend through a lease agreement.
