The successful bidder shall be required to conform to all Federal and State OSHA requirements as well as to the extent necessary to comply with all Davis-Bacon and/or Wisconsin Prevailing Wage laws. The City of Sun Prairie reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding process.
