Description
City of Green Bay – Request for Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) The City of Green Bay is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from interested contractors for Asbestos and Demolition Services. It is the City’s intent to pre-qualify up to three (3) contractors who will then be eligible to submit bids on upcoming asbestos and demolition projects. Selected contractors will be considered primary vendors and will receive bid opportunities and be eligible for award of work. This qualification process will remain in effect for thirty-six (36) months, with the option of a two (2) year extension. Enclosed is the SOQ form for completion. Following review, the City of Green Bay will notify up to three (3) approved contractors who will be invited to participate in the bid process on an as-needed basis. If selected as a primary vendor, the City of Green Bay Purchasing Department will provide instructions and requirements necessary for your company to become an approved vendor with the City.

FAQ
How do I use the Market Snapshot?
It summarizes awarded-contract behavior for the opportunity’s NAICS and sector, including a recent pricing band (P10–P90), momentum, and composition. Use it as context, not a guarantee.
Is the data live?
The signal updates as new awarded notices enter the system. Always validate the official award and solicitation details on SAM.gov.
What do P10 and P90 mean?
P10 is the 10th percentile award size and P90 is the 90th percentile. Together they describe the typical spread of award values.
