Description
The City of Edgerton is seeking bids to: remove and legally dispose of all batt insulation materials and plastic vapor barrier from north section of the building; remove the batt insulation from the gable ends of the southern portion of the building; and install closed cell foam insulation on the underside of roof deck and gable ends where the batt insulation was removed in the Edgerton Public Library. All wood framing and sheeting that requires treatment due to moisture will be treated per industry standards (“Project”). All proposals may either be provided in hard copy enclosed within a sealed envelope and clearly labeled "Library Insulation Project” or emailed to znelson@edgerton.wi.gov by the deadline noted below: Deadline for receipt of proposals is 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 11, 2026.
