Description
Valley Transit is seeking competitive proposals from qualified and experienced firms to develop and execute strategies and tactics in support of its public relations and marketing initiatives. Proposing firms must have at least five (5) years of experience providing all the services described with the Scope of Work section in this RFP. The successful proposer’s initiatives will incorporate a wide range of strategies to effectively promote and increase awareness of Valley Transit services to key audiences including but not limited to: existing riders; potential riders; and the general public/non-riders. The successful proposer will have demonstrated experience in public relations, social media management & marketing, digital marketing, employee recruitment, crisis communications, media planning & placement and advertising performance measurement. All proposals must be submitted via email or mail. All proposals must be received at Valley Transit by 10:00 AM (cst) on Wednesday October 8, 2025 . Proposals received after 10:00 AM will not be accepted. All project and submittal details can be found in the RFP.
