Description
The Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) is seeking bids for Open for Inspection Sticker as outlined in the attached documents. LENGTH OF CONTRACT: The Contract will be for an initial one (1) year period effective March 1, 2026 through February 28, 2027 with 2 (two) additional automatic one (1)-year renewals. The contract will automatically renew unless notified, in writing, by the Contactor; or the State notifies the Contractor, in writing, 30 calendar days prior to expiration of the initial and/or succeeding Contract term(s). The maximum potential expiration date for this contract is February 28. 2029. QTY: 1,000 3,000 5,000 10,000 Only one quantity will be chosen Size: 3” x 3” round perforated label Ink: Black one side (1/0) Material: MUST BE (NO EXCEPTIONS) PPS White Smudge Proof, with Pliaprint Adhesive on the back. Finishing: Die cut with excess removed. Label will cover a hole that is bored into a feed bag, in order to remove feed samples. The hole is typically 3/4" inch in diameter. Adhesive must permanently adhere in a high dust freezer environment. Packing: Finished in rolls of 250, one across, on a 3" core, and then shrink wrapped. All printed matter must be firmly packed in cartons to protect against jamming and shifting, spoilage, loss, or damage during delivery. Each order must be packed separately. Packaging materials, including cartons, skids, and pallets, must be furnished by the contractor. Artwork Attached
