The work under this RFP consists of tree removal services within the CITY limits. The types of activities and how they are measured are identified in the Contractor’s Responsibilities and Non-Binding Fee Schedule.The Annual Services Contract awarded as a result of the RFP shall not guarantee a specific amount of work/activities to any contractor. The CITY reserves the right to make multiple awards from this solicitation and/or utilize other providers for specific services.All work/activities shall conform to all federal, state, and local safety rules, regulations, and standards, including ISA, OSHA, ANSI A300, and ANSI Z133.
