The Intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of a qualified General Contractor (Contractor) to construct the Youth Services Center Parking Expansion (the Project). The Project involves expanding the existing onsite parking areas to add 28 new spaces at the Youth Services Center, located at 42055 Gourley Transit Drive, Leesburg, Virginia 20175.The scope includes the construction of additional parking spaces and associated site improvements, to include a retaining wall, storm sewer infrastructure, and a stormwater management system. All work will occur at an active County facility and must be executed in a manner that ensures uninterrupted operations throughout the duration of construction.
