The Western Virginia Water Authority ( âthe Authorityâ) is requesting proposals from qualified firms (âFirmsâ) to provide Sanitary Collection System Flow Monitoring Services. The goals and objectives of these services are described in the Statement of Need section of this Request for Proposal (RFP).
