Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish term contracts with qualified Consultants for the provision of professional engineering services related to management, planning, studies, evaluations, investigations, inspections, design, and construction, to the City's Waterworks Department (Waterworks), on an as-needed basis.Notice: The City, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 US.C.§§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all Offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this solicitation/advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit proposals in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.(See attached for the link to OpenGov to respond electronically)Please note that only initial procurement opportunities are posted on eVA.
