Description

The County of Carroll, Virginia (“County”), pursuant to the Virginia Public Procurement Act (Code of Virginia § 2.2-4300 et seq.), the Carroll County Solid Waste Disposal Ordinance, and other applicable state and local laws, is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide non-exclusive countywide solid waste collection and disposal services.The intent of this RFP is to approve and permit one or more responsible and responsive offerors to provide solid waste collection services within Carroll County. Awards shall be made to those offerors determined to be in the best interest of the County, considering both price and non-price factors as permitted under the VPPA.
