REQUEST FOR INFORMATION: Virginia Port Authority (VPA) is seeking information and soliciting budgetary proposals from qualified suppliers to assist in the deployment of battery buffering chargers to support EV container handling equipment. This new system will replace the petroleum power container handling equipment at both Norfolk International Terminals (NIT) and Richmond Marine Terminal (RMT).
